Sleeping Pods by Smarte Carte Terms and Conditions:

  1. Payment is required to hold your booking.
  2. Booking times are split into two categories. A Non-Peak session is between the hours of 6am – 6pm. A Peak session is between the hours of 6pm – 6am WSDT.
  3. For sessions booked in between Peak and Non-Peak times, the Peak hourly price will apply to the entire session.
  4. Bookings can be canceled up to 24 hours before you are due to check in.
  5. For booking cancellations requests within 24 hours of your check-in time, an email to perth@sleepingpods.com.au or phone call on +61 8 9477 3070 is be received within 2 hours prior to when the session commences. Failure to do so you will forfeit your right to a refund.
  6. Your booked Sleeping Pod will be held for 30 minutes after the check-in time. Failure to check in by that time will result in the reservation expiring and the Sleep Pod will be made available to other customers.
  7. Valid photo identification is a requirement to check in.
  8. The Sleeping Pods are to be used by one person at a time. Exceptions are made for parents with an infant or young children up to 4 years of age.
  9. Customers must remain clothed when using a Sleeping Pod.
  10. Sleeping Pods by Smarte Carte will assume no liability for items that may be lost or damaged that are of extraordinary value including cash, jewelry, electronic equipment, etc
All items to be stored will be subject to security checks, physical inspection and/or explosive trace detection (ETD) screening by Baggage Services by Smarte Carte or the relevant security, local or federal, patrolling agencies at our locations.
